Grievance Mechanism

CCFN is committed to fair, respectful and transparent relationships in all its activities.

The Grievance Mechanism provides staff, partners, service providers, grant recipients, community members, and other stakeholders with a formal process to raise concerns about how they have been personally treated or about decisions and processes that affect them in connection with CCFN-supported activities.

A grievance is appropriate when the concern relates to, for example:

  • Unfair treatment or exclusion from opportunities or benefits
  • Workplace or field-based conflict
  • Performance management or supervision concerns
  • Harassment, bullying or discrimination
  • Contractual or project-related disputes
  • Working conditions in CCFN-related activities
  • Behaviour of CCFN staff, representatives, partners or service providers.

If the concern relates to fraud, corruption, misuse of funds, abuse of authority or any form of organisational wrongdoing, please use the Whistleblower Reporting channel instead.

How to Submit a Grievance

Please complete the CCFN Formal Grievance Form and email it to: grievance@ccfn-namibia.org.

Your identity is required so that CCFN can follow up, clarify details and resolve the concern effectively. All grievances are handled in strict confidence and recorded in the Grievance Register.
