If you suspect fraud, corruption, misuse of donor funds, abuse of authority, or any serious breach of policy, you may report these concerns through CCFN’s Whistleblower Reporting channel.
When to Use This Channel
Use the whistleblower reporting line for concerns involving:
- Fraud
- Corruption or bribery
- Financial misconduct
- Misuse of donor funds
- Serious breaches of policy
- Abuse of authority
- Criminal conduct
- Cover-ups or attempts to hide wrongdoing
If your concern relates to how you were personally treated in any interaction with CCFN, such as unfair treatment, inappropriate behaviour, harassment, contract issues, or interpersonal conflict, please use our Grievance Mechanism.

What Happens After You Report a Concern?
- Your report is received confidentially by the CEO and ARC Chair.
- A preliminary assessment is conducted.
- If needed, an investigation is initiated.
- You will receive follow-up communication if possible.
- CCFN prohibits any form of retaliation against whistleblowers.
